Adding an organization

When you manually add an organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site. to your Autotask instance, your organization category may be configured to allow you to add a first contact, note, or to-do, as well.

NOTE  If you lack object permission to add contacts, notes, or to-dos, those components will not appear.
