Import customer records

Autotask allows you to import organizations and contacts from an external CSV file into your Autotask instance. Refer to Importing organizations and contacts at the same time.

If you have been using Salesforce as your Autotask instance, you may want to have Kaseya Helpdesk import your customer files directly. Also, if you would like to import a more comprehensive data set from another provider, you will need to contact your Datto Account Manager for details.

Funnel leads from a web site into Autotask

AutoForms Designer is an integrated developer tool. It uses a wizard interface to generate the components of a form to collect and move new leads from a Web page directly into Autotask.

AutoForms can add information to existing organizations or capture new lead information. Your Autotask administrator can create any number of forms, built for general data collection or specific purposes. Once generated, AutoForms can capture and create organizations , contacts, opportunities, to-dos, and notes. The optional AutoForms notifications can automatically notify specified resources when new data is collected.

Have Datto RMM add organizations to your Autotask instance

The Datto RMM Integration integrates RMM remote monitoring and management features with the Autotask platform. This includes the ability to map Datto RMM sites to Autotask organizations and create organizations in Autotask (and sites in Datto RMM) when no matches are found. The Datto RMM integration also associates devices Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Asset, Configuration Item, Installed Asset, Installed Product. with organizations in your Autotask instance. Have your Kaseya RMM application add organizations to your Autotask instance

The Autotask Kaseya Managed Services Extension uses Autotask Device Discovery to retrieve device and organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site. information collected by your Kaseya managed-services software. When you use the Device Discovery Wizard to process the collected information, you can manually or automatically create new organizations from the retrieved data. Third party integrations

A number of independent software providers have used the Autotask Web Services API to develop their own Autotask integrations.
