The Advanced Datto RMM Integration

The integration of Autotask and Datto RMM has been taken to the next level.

  • Autotask is now the single system of record for the ticket entity, and many Datto RMM tools are available right from the ticket and device Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Asset, Configuration Item, Installed Asset, Installed Product. pages.
  • Datto RMM device types can be mapped to Autotask products and device types.
  • Dashboard tabs for Datto RMM alerts and devices are available to all users.
  • Single sign-on and two-factor authentication are available and navigation between Datto RMM and Autotask is seamless.
  • Alert rules allow you to define when an alert is repeating or related, and when to close a ticket when its associated alert has cleared. This context is available as a ticket note right in Autotask.
  • Mapping of monitors to Autotask issues, sub-issues, queues and work types is much more granular.
  • You can easily map new devices to billing contracts.
