Entity URLs and relationships
- If this entity has a Parent relationship, you must perform all Create, Update, and Delete actions on the parent entity.

Conditions and requirements
General

Knowledgebase must be enabled in Autotask at
> Admin > Features & Settings > Application-Wide (Shared) Features > Knowledgebase for the API entity to function. -
Documentation Management must be enabled in Autotask at
> Admin > Extensions & Integrations > Installed Modules > Documentation for document management endpoints to function. -
Your API user must have the Can access Documentation permission to use this entity.

To create or delete tag associations, your API user must have edit access to the selected document.

DocumentID and TagID combinations must be unique.

This entity only supports creating and deleting tag associations. It is not possible to use the entity to update existing tag associations.
