NAVIGATION When adding a widget, select the option Choose a widget from the widget library
Autotask provides a library of hundreds of pre-configured widgets that you can add to your default and custom dashboard tabs. All widgets that appear on the system tabs are available from the library, along with numerous additional widgets. You can edit and customize any widget selected from the library.
NOTE With hundreds of customizable widgets to choose from, when you need a widget, check the library before you build a new widget.
This topic contains a listing of all widgets available in the Autotask widget library.
The widgets are listed by entity, with a separate table for each entity. In the table, the widgets are sorted alphabetically by widget name.
Each table displays the widget's name, description, associated entity, and the dashboard tabs that include the widget by default (if any). The icon in the first column indicates the widget visualization type. If you are not sure what type an icon represents, refer to Widget types and visualization types.
The Widgets Descriptions by Tab section lists the widgets that appear on the system tabs provided by Autotask. The widgets are listed by tab, with a separate table for each of the twelve tabs that are published by default to different users. In addition, there is a separate table for each of the four tabs that are not published by default, but are available for selection when you add a tab. Tab widgets are listed in the order they originally appear on the tab. Note that users can rearrange widgets on a tab.
