Updates Only:
Account Manager with Default Service Desk Role. This selection will assign the organization manager as the primary resource, using their default service desk role. If the account manager does not have a default service desk role, the workflow rule will not update the Primary Resource/Role.
Initiating Resource/Role. This selection will assign the resource who initiated the firing of the workflow rule as the primary resource on the ticket with their default service desk role. If the initiating resource was already assigned as a secondary resource to the ticket when the workflow rule fired, they will be moved to the primary resource field with the role that had been assigned to them as a secondary resource.
Queue Owner/Role. Assigns the resource with their default service desk role. If there is no default service desk role, the resource is assigned with the alphabetic earliest role in their list of assigned roles.
Primary Co-managing User/Role. Assigns the primary co-managing user for the organization in their default role.
