Creating a custom footer for the Statement of Work

PERMISSIONS  Security level with Admin permission to configure Service Desk (Tickets). Refer to Admin security settings.

NAVIGATION  Left Navigation Menu > Admin > Admin Categories > Features & Settings > Service Desk (Tickets) > Service Calls > Statement of Work Custom Footer

You have the option to activate a custom footer section for the Statement of Work:

  1. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
  2. Select the Active box. If the box is cleared, the Custom Footer section will be hidden on the Statement of Work.
  3. Complete the Custom Footer section.
