                                                PERMISSIONS Security level with Can add/edit boards permissions
NAVIGATION Left Navigation Menu > Admin > Admin Categories > Features & Settings > Service Desk (Tickets) > Boards
For more general information about boards, refer to About Boards.
IMPORTANT If you do not see the Left Navigation Menu > Admin > Admin Categories > Features & Settings > Service Desk (Tickets) > Boards option, you will need to edit your security level to include Can add/edit boards permission. Refer to Board Permissions.

                                                 Add a new board or edit an existing one
Add a new board or edit an existing one
                                                        - To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
- Select the Boards tab.
- Click New above the table to open a blank board configuration page, or copy an existing board by selecting Copy from the context menu. To edit an existing board, select Edit from the context menu.
- For information on setting up the board, refer to Adding and Editing Boards.
 Activate or inactivate boards

                                                        Select Activate or Inactivate from the context menu. Inactive boards are no longer available for selection as a board view or as a default board view for a widget. Inactive boards that were previously assigned as a default board for a widget will continue to appear in that widget until they are removed.

                                                        Select Delete from the context menu.

                                                        Click on the "handle" on the leftmost edge of the row to move the row up or down in the list of boards. Boards will appear in this order in selector lists.

                                                 Add a new card layout or edit an existing one

                                                        - To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
- Select the Cards tab.
- Click New above the table to open a new card layout page, or copy an existing one by selecting Copy from the context menu. To edit an existing card layout, select Edit from the context menu. You can create up to 10 different card layouts.
