This entity records existing associations between tags and Knowledgebase articles in Autotask.

Conditions and requirements
General

Your API user must have the Can access Knowledgebase security permission to use this entity.

Your API user must have Article Edit object permissions set to All or Mine to make changes to this entity.

To perform Create and Delete actions, your API user must have the Can administer ticket tags and tag groups permission.

This entity only accepts requests to Create and Delete tag associations; it is not possible to update existing associations.

Global Articles are not accessible via the API.

Notes
