Why are organization addresses not formatted correctly?

Answer

The Address Format is dependent on the selected country. If you do not choose a country, Autotask will use global default setting.

To configure your address formats, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Left Navigation Menu > Admin > Features & Settings > Organizations & Contacts > Address Formats.
  2. Find the country the organization is located in, then click Edit from the context menu.
  3. Make the desired changes and click Save & Close.
  4. Make sure the correct country is selected in the organization record.

Any changes made here will affect all organizations associated with the address format.
