In this section, you will find miscellaneous extensions and tools that do not fit into any of the other sections. You may not see all these options, because some are limited to legacy users.

• The Autotask-Salesforce Extension: for legacy users only. Not available for new implementations.

• The TaxJar integration: On this page, you configure the TaxJar sales tax automation integration.

• The Xerox PageConnect/XPPS Extension

• Webhooks: On this page, you can view the list of webhooks that you have created for your Autotask instance in the Autotask API.

• Extension Callout (Tickets): On this page, you configure automatic ticket closure for 3rd Party Remote Monitoring integrations.

• Integration Center: On this page, you activate vendor integrations with Autotask that you will be using, and configure default values for any items created by these integration vendors. You can also activate vendor-created widgets and insights, and add them to your dashboards, tickets, and devices Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Asset, Configuration Item, Installed Asset, Installed Product., respectively.

• API Activity by Hour: This report provides hourly details about your SOAP and REST API activity at a per-integration level. The report shows you any instances where query activity exceeded request thresholds.
