Running a LiveReport

Users who do not have permission to access LiveReports Designer can only run reports that have been published to them. Those published reports are found on the Autotask Reports page in the LiveReports section. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.

Autotask users who run or schedule a report will only have access to data based on the restrictions of the security level they are assigned. Because users' security level determines their access to data, the same report may display different information for different users.

EXAMPLE  If a user can only access organizations of type Customer, organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site. names for other organization types will appear in reports, but the report will not display any additional data. Refer to Creating or editing a custom security level.
