Viewing the Organization Service Details

The Organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site. Service Details displays the last ten time entries—against any ticket—for this customer. This puts the current ticket in context and lets you evaluate the urgency with which it should be addressed:

  • The last 10 ticket notes for this organization are displayed, in descending order (most recent first).
  • Click the Print icon to print the Organization Service Details.

NOTE  You will only see service details of tickets for which you have view permissions.
