NAVIGATION Left Navigation Menu > CRM > Notify Your Contacts > Email History
After you have sent an email message to a contact group, you can review the email history to see how many emails for that group were attempted, sent and not sent on the Email History page. This page lists the contact group email history for the last 60 days.
NOTE Records of contact group emails sent more than 60 days ago are automatically removed from this list.
To review the email history:
- To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
- Click the number in the Emails Attempted, Emails Sent, or Emails Not Sent column to view details.
- The Unsubscribed column will contain a check mark if the recipient has unsubscribed from Contact Group emails. The email column provides an email link to each recipient.
