Viewing attachment history, task and ticket note history, and time entry history

The Attachment History, Note History, and Time Entry History pages provide a record of every activity performed on the item from the time the feature was released. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.

Entries are displayed with the most recent entries on top. The initial values in each tracked field are listed, and each change to a field is tracked in a separate row. You can search the log using filters, and export the search results to a CSV file.

IMPORTANT  If a time entry is modified (there is a modifier on the role or on the block hour), a second row is created for the time entry when it is approved and posted. This second row shows that Admin, Autotask performed the change.

The Note and Time Entry History pages include the following features.

Refresh Click to refresh the table contents.
Export Click to export the contents of the history table to a CSV file.
