Reports on expense reports

SECURITY  Refer to Required Permission for each report

NAVIGATION  Refer to Path for each report. Note that LiveReports may be published to any report category or multiple report categories, or may not be published at all in your Autotask instance. To publish a LiveReport, refer to Publishing LiveReports.

Standard reports

Expense Report Item Summary

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Time & Expenses category, and Projects > Object Permissions > Expenses > View set to All
Path	> Reports > Report categories > Time & Expenses > Expenses section
Description	A list of Expense Report items based on the selected criteria.

Expense Report Summary

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Time & Expenses category
Path	> Reports > Report categories > Time & Expenses > Expenses section
Description	A list of submitted Expense Reports based on the selected criteria. The amount column in the report shows the total for the related Expense Report. NOTE  If you group this report by Approver Name, submitted expense reports will display grouped by their approver or rejector.

Export Expense Report to XML

LiveReports

Expenses by Category

Required Permission	Administrator or Manager security level. May be published to other security levels, departments, or resources.
Path	> Reports > Time & Expenses tab > LiveReports
Description	This report provides information on expense items grouped by category.

Required Permission	Administrator or Manager security level. May be published to other security levels, departments, or resources.
Path	> Reports > Time & Expenses tab > LiveReports
Description	Expenses grouped by Expense Report.
