Required Permission Security level with access to Reports > CRM category
Path > Reports > CRM tab > Devices Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Asset, Configuration Item, Installed Asset, Installed Product.
Description A list of devices with organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site., installation and warranty information, with multiple filtering and display options.

Contract and device warranty expiration

Required Permission Security level with access to CRM category
Security respects user access to Organization data (All, Mine, or None)
Path > Reports > CRM tab > Devices
or > Reports > Contracts & Billing tab > Contracts
Description Contract and product warranties that are expired or expiring in the selected date range. This report can be used as a renewal reminder.

LiveReports

Installed products

Required Permission Administrator or Manager security level. May be published to other security levels.
Path > Reports > CRM tab > LiveReports
Description Devices by organization with an installation date in the selected date range. Includes vendor and subscription information.
